Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on up to two (2) personal computers
• Use the Software for personal or commercial creative projects
• Receive all future updates to the Software at no additional cost

This license is perpetual and does not expire.

3. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Narrative Architect. This includes all stories, characters, plots, dialogue, and any other creative work generated with the assistance of the Software. You are free to publish, sell, or distribute your work without restriction.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Software with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Sublicense or transfer your license to another party

5. Third-Party Services

Narrative Architect may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Ollama: For local AI processing. Ollama is free, open-source software with its own license terms.
• Google Gemini (optional): If you choose to use cloud AI, Google's terms of service apply to that usage.

We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited by you before publication.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the Software.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Updates and Modifications
